RCMA has been and is frequently involved in the planning and design of shopping centers, age qualified subdivisions and apartments, commercial and industrial land development, schools, churches, Medical and Professional Offices, Streets, Roadways, Parks, and Residential Subdivisions & Land development. The firm also performs a variety of mechanical system designs, such as pumping stations, low-pressure sanitary system design and water distribution system design. For those projects requiring services that are not within our scope of expertise, RCMA has cultivated many relationships with area firms and customarily coordinates outside services such as wetland delineations, traffic studies, septic system design, geotechnical and structural design services.
RCMA is familiar with the local municipalities and other planning agencies in the region and can guide you through the challenging local, state, and federal development permitting processes.
